Christian Care Communities offers seniors the ability to heal at home with our newest program and service, Christian Care At Home.Providing a full-range of in-home care services, Christian Care At Home serves older adults in 8 west central Kentucky counties, seven days a week.
Our services include:
Skilled nursing care
Physical, occupational and speech therapy
Medical social services
Home health aides
Nutritional management and education
Durable medical equipment(referral/coordination)

The Speech Pathologist evaluates clients and then develops and implements individualized speech-language pathology treatment plans in home, community and workplace settings to maximize independence in self-care, home management, community integration and productive life roles. Completes all required documentation in accordance with all applicable directives and regulations, including but not limited to, all current and thereafter amended federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations required.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Master's degree or equivalent in speech language pathology of school accredited by American Speech and
Language Hearing Association
Required
Experience:
Licensed as Speech-Language Pathologist in State of Kentucky
Business travel is a requirement of position; proof of valid driver's license with a clean driving record
If personal vehicle is used to transport self or others; proof of insurance of $100,000 single limit of liability
