Material Planner

Responsible for:
Full customer satisfaction and on time delivery in a cost-effective manner.
To comply with all the requirements of the company's:
Quality Policy Manual o Procedures
Instructions that apply to this position
Tracking in-bounds of production materials weekly for on time delivery.
Input daily receiving of raw materials.
To enter freight bills in database and ok for payment
To be cross-functional with the Material Planning Supervisor.
Enter data from customer 830's into our MRP.
To place weekly orders with vendors adjusting for customer requirements.
Inventory Management
To monitor material usage and research any variances.
Completes other job related tasks as assigned
Education:
At least a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Additional Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
At least three (3) years materials/purchasing experience.
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes and safety stock optimization strategies.
Demonstrated understanding of materials management and supplier management.
Experience with an MRP system.
Knowledge of SAP/APO.
Solid communication skills, particularly in highlighting issues to senior management.
Ability to set deadlines and key timetables to achieve with minimal guidance
Required:
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Physical demands require computer work, standing, sitting in office and manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
