Rent-A-Center isHIRING ! We are hosting a HIRING FAIR on 7/29. We are looking for talented, career-oriented Assistant Managers, Sales and In-Home Delivery Specialists, & Store Managers to join our team and assist in overall operation of the business.
SALES AND IN HOME DELIVERY SPECIALIST: get in on the ground floor & take great care of our customers'' product & service needs; assisting with themajority of deliveries and installation of our products, Sales, Collections, and providing excellent customer service. Your performance, drive & commitment will get your career on the fast-track!
ASSISTANT MANAGER: your prior work experience could help you join the team in a management role helping the Store Manager with the overall operation of the store, assist with installation and delivery of products, with a primary focus on sales and collections; become a top performer & begin training to be a Store Manager!
STORE MANAGER-IN-TRAINING: a solid background managing a team, products & customer service, P&L, and Sales could qualify you for our structured on-the-job training program.
Qualifications for ALL positions:
o Need to be at least 20 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
o Must have a valid driver''s license with a good driving record
o Have some experience working in a retail, restaurant/fast food, or service business
o This can be a physical position , you must be willing and able to deliver and install our great merchandise
Work Schedule:
Mon- Saturday, We are closed Sunday and you will have another day off during the week.
Store Hours: Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Your shift can start as early as 8am and end as late as 8pm, it just depends on your position and day of the week.
Annual salary ranges from $28,000 - $55,000 (Depending on Experience)
