Job Description
Position Summary - Provides management and technical support to all contracts within the Medical Division. Serves as the primary operational point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Project Manager. Coordinates the administration with the corporate administrator and financial matters with the corporate office. Responsible for the profitability of all projects within their assigned region. Interacts with customers, contractors, and other ABMGS elements. Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge of Medical Treatment Facility maintenance management practices.
Proven ability to analyze and manage large operation and maintenance programs.
Ability to develop O&M; Plans and Procedures.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Operations and Maintenance of Medical Treatment Facilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
CHFM designation preferred
Knowledge of applicable laws, health codes & requirments, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
Minimum Requirements
Education and/or Experience - Four year degree in Engineering, business management or related field with a minimum of 10 years experience managing and supervising Medical Facility Operations & Maintenance. Language Skills- This position requires that the individual be able to speak and understand the English language. The individual must be able to read, write, and follow directions in the English language. Reasoning Ability - Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
