Preferred Qualifications:
Community College Courses in Logistics or Business Admin.
2-3 years experience in similar job, manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent English skills (oral and written)
Strong organizational skills and procedural knowledge
Time management
Responsibilities:
Verify General Motors and Ford releases
Check CUMS
Communicate with customers
Verify ASN's
Provide Bill of Lading numbers to shippers and packaging
File releases
Make adjustments to daily slip #'s as required
Maintain dunnage spreadsheets as required
Enter manual releases
Abide by all company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Employee Handbook.
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, O. Reg 851 for Industrial Establishments, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
