Job Details
Responsibilities:
1Performing regular inspections on machinery and systems to detect malfunctions and needed repairs.
2Carrying out routine preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery and equipment operational and safe.
3Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various equipment and systems.
4Working with PLCs and pneumatic systems, ensuring their optimal operation.
5Collaborating with other team members to ensure maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
6Adhering to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
7Documenting performed maintenance work and reporting on machinery status.
8Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following
Qualifications:
1A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance technician role2Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance and machine maintenance tech.
3Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.
4Solid understanding of pneumatics and PLCs.
5Experience in industrial maintenance.
6Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.
7Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
8High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.
9Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
