Security Specialist with Security Clearance
R-00116363 Description The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for a Security Specialist at Ft Campbell, KY.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program.
This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
This position is contingent upon contract reaward which is anticipated in September.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Assists the Special Security Officer (SSO) to ensure control of access to SCI and SCI facilities (SCIFs).
Certifies and receives SCI visitor clearances / accesses.
Conducts SCI security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, training on classified material / SSO-related material and topics.
Obtains signed nondisclosure agreements.
Provides guidance and assistance for processing SCI position and eligibility requests for assigned military, Government and contractor personnel.
Audits of classified material.
Inspections of classified material storage facilities / SCIFs / containers.
Researching and preparing classified material-related policy and management recommendations, reports and recommendations.
Performs Personnel Security Operations.
Conducts Escort Duties.
Conducts Physical Security Operations.
Basic
Qualifications:
8
years of Army Military Intelligence experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Additional experience, certifications, or trainings may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Served a minimum of 1 year as an S-2 NCOIC, SSO, or SSR.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
G37TREX Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.
00 - $91,000.
00 - $122,850.
